Kamau Jawara

Kamau Jawara is a music artist & producer from Detroit, Michigan. Jawara draws influences from Kanye West, Bon Iver, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, & The Smiths. Jawara incorporates emo & alternative style themes/compositions into the hip-hop genre to cultivate his own unique sound. 

Kamau just recently released his new emo-triphop album EMOtherapy and is currently producing projects for Safi, JayCan, and other artists connected with Strange Colours Collective.
